Sriramkrishnan Srinivasan(Sriram/Shrichris)

I am passionate about all aspects of Information Security. I am currently attending a PhD program with the Information Security Group at Royal Holloway, University of London on a Dorothy Hodgkins Scholarship. I was an alumnus of the MSc. in Information Security at Royal Holloway on a Chevening Scholarship. I hold a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from VIT under the University of Madras and I was educated at St. Xavier's and La Martiniere in Kolkata. I was a research intern with British Telecom's Information Security Research Centre at Adastral Park in Ipswich, in the UK.

I have interests in a variety of technical fields within Information Security. I am also interested in Crypto Politics, moral and ethical issues relating to the profession of Information Security, and issues relating to Data Protection, fair use, privacy and policy. This site was created by me to promote what I felt was a genuine need for a broad and erudite opinion base with regard to these issues in my home country India, but not limited to it.
